Beautiful 4 bed 2 bath home located in a quiet community close to Winter Park Approximately 30 minutes to Universal Studio Theme parks and main attractions. The home is designed with a luxurious Porcelain tile throughout, the kitchen is fully equipped for dining and entertaining. WIFI available throughout the home. POOL HEATING: Enhance your stay by adding pool heating to your reservation! This service is available for an additional $40 per night and must be added for the entire duration of your stay. Kindly provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your check-in date to ensure it is ready for your arrival. (During winter months of Dec 1st - March 31st pool heater fee is $50 per night) *PET POLICY : Small Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $150 and must submit a photo of pet for approval. *Barbecue Grill: Free to use as is, must request for it to be pre-cleaned before your reservation and it will be a $50 additional cleaning fee. *Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. *** No Smoking/No vaping inside the house… There will be a $500 fee assessed to any guest smoking inside the home. *** There will be a late check out fee assessed to guest who does not vacate the home by check out time. The late fee is $100 per hour past the check out time of 10am.

We had a wonderful stay at this home, which was perfect for my family! The place was spotless, featuring modern and updated interiors. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including pots, pans, dishes, sharp knives, and utensils. The washer and dryer worked even better than my brand-new ones at home, which was a pleasant surprise. My kids absolutely loved spending time in the pool and playing ping pong when it rained. The bathrooms were well-appointed, with shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided. If I had to offer one very minor suggestion, and I hate to even write it because it sounds nitpicky, it would be to add hand soap in the bathrooms. Other than that, everything was fantastic! The host and cleaning staff were great. I would highly recommend staying here.

We visited for my brother's wedding and loved this home! Everything was super clean and looked just like the photos. The host was very responsive and all information was given up front. We had age ranges from 1.5-85 years old and all slept amazing and enjoyed themselves. The location is great as well!

A great spot in a quiet neighborhood just north of Full Sail University and Rollins College. Great open layout with 4 comfortable rooms with plenty of space for cooking, entertaining, and relaxation. The heated pool was great but thunderstorms kept us from enjoying the patio and backyard more. Would definitely stay again!

House is beautiful, clean, well kept. Quiet neighborhood. We had an issue with the AC and it was handled quickly. There is an expensive up charge for early check in and for the pool heater ($80) each which seems excessive to me. If you’re looking to go to Disney, it’s far. Otherwise a great place to stay.

The place was exactly as advertised. Great location, very clean, and fun amenities. We really enjoyed the heated pool, pool table, and ping pong table. Host was responsive and provided detailed information. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the Orlando area!

Great hosts, great house! We were in town for a wedding and everything was great 👍🏼 we felt right at home with everything we needed. The heated pool was also the reason why we had to get this place! Kids had a blast swimming day and night on days we were home. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting orlando😉

The home was perfect for our large group- very accommodating and accessible to everything we needed. Towels are limited so I would recommend packing laundry detergent If you have more than 4-5 people. The house was clean and host very responsive.

This house was perfect! It was immaculate and had what we needed including entertainment. We loved being able to chill and play billiards and ping pong each evening. Five Star Host communicated very well the expectations of the house and was responsive to all our messages.
